Dean is our corporate practice team leader with specific interest in banking, finance, private equity and capital markets. Dean has been dedicated to private legal practice for over 12 years having started his career at a private law firm and rising to the level of principle associate.
He is accomplished in a wide range of corporate practice areas including fund formation, portfolio company management, investment activity, regulatory compliance, corporate finance, intellectual property, labor/employment and immigration.
He has appeared in substantial actions before Judges in Commercial, civil and Land Divisions of the High Court. He is known for his team-oriented work ethic while establishing close client relations to ensure timely, cost effective legal advice to clients. He holds an MBA from Victoria University Melbourne, Australia and is a member of several professional associations including the Uganda and East Africa law societies. He is a licensed commissioner for oaths.
